Sugar sculpture is not only influenced by regional characteristics, but also followed the traditional folk culture. The modeling theme of sugar sculpture is often based on people’s daily life. And its theme is rich and diverse, the model characteristics are various. According to the different production process and regional characteristics, the modeling theme of blow modeling is also very different. The sugar blowing art works of Ma have a wide range of theme and diverse shapes, which can be seen everywhere in daily life. However, after the handicrafts people deal with them by means of simplification, generalization and exaggeration, they has become the work with great artistic charm. Although the modeling characteristics of Ma’s sugar blowing are diverse, they can be summarized into several categories, such as concise image, profound meaning, simple color and so on.

Analysis of Equity in Utilization of Inpatient Health Services for the Eld-erly in China

To measure the equity of inpatient health service utilization of the elderly in China,analyze the contribution of multiple influencing factors to the inequality,and provide decision-making reference for improving the equity of inpatient service utilization of the elderly.Methods:using the 2018 national baseline survey data of China Health and elderly care follow-up survey(Charls),the equity of inpatient health service utilization of the elderly and the contribution of its influencing factors were investigated by using the centralized index and centralized index decomposition method.Results:the concentration index of inpatient health service utilization of the elderly was 0.0486.Conclusion:the utilization of inpatient health services for the elderly in China is unfair to a certain extent.The economic situation is the main factor leading to the unfair utilization of inpatient health services for the elderly in China.

Under the background of educational informatization era, the traditional teaching scheme has the problems of backward teaching ideas and deviation of teaching quality. Nowadays, a brand-new teaching concept emerges as the times require, that is, “flipping the classroom concept”. The concept of flipped curriculum refers to that by giving students sufficient preparation time before class, previewing the course content in advance and arranging the learning progress, teachers and students can exchange their subjects in teaching and cultivate students’ autonomous learning ability.[1]In today’s education industry, flipping classroom is leading the trend of educational concept reform at home and abroad, adding new vitality to the process of exploration and development in the subjectivity and practicality of teaching. This paper studies and analyzes the instructional design of flipping classroom ideas from the aspects of the combination degree of education and science in the information environment and the development and evolution of instructional ideas. By comparing the new concept of flip classroom with the traditional teaching concept in the past, this paper analyzes what role the concept of flip classroom has played in the development process of educational informationization and what stage it has reached. Then, it analyzes the historical development of instructional design from the perspective of time, thus revealing the background and reasons of the concept of flipped classroom. Show the connotation, characteristics, typical cases, practical functions and specific concepts of the concept of flipping classroom one by one. In recent years, information technology has been closely combined with the education industry, and multimedia and other information devices have been widely used in classroom teaching. Due to the influence of COVID-19 epidemic in China, the classroom teaching mode has been limited. Both college students and primary and secondary school students have changed the offline teaching mode and adopted online classes to study. From a positive point of view, the COVID-19 epidemic has also promoted the development of educational informatization, and researchers are using information technology to improve the education system, which also promotes the development and progress of the concept of flipped classroom. Finally, this paper studies and analyzes how to use information technology to build a rational and systematic cultural discipline system, improve the concept of flipping classroom, and carry out scientific and efficient teaching design, so that students can learn to study independently and improve classroom efficiency.

In order to solve this problem,the radial basis function based on Gaussian kernel is introduced as the basic variable for model optimization.Finally,the model is solved and the results are obtained.

HandCARE4: A Game-Based Rehabilitation System for Patients with Stroke

Stroke is a relatively common acute cerebrovascular disease. It is very harmful to health. Failure to treat it in time may cause paralysis or even death. However, the development of medicine in recent years has been able to help most stroke patients avoid death. But how to solve the movement disorders caused by stroke is still a global problem. At present, regular long-term repetitive exercises can effectively help stroke patients recover their limb function. Because the traditional rehabilitation treatment cycle is too long, and the treatment process is very boring. It leads to there are only about one-third of patients can persist in rehabilitation after discharge [1]. In other words, the vast majority of stroke patients are likely to be accompanied by movement disorders throughout their lives. In this project, we have developed a robotic device for the rehabilitation of hand function for patient with stroke. The system was based on a VR-game rehabilitation method to solve stroke patients’ current problems in traditional rehabilitation exercises. The HandCARE-based operating platform can theoretically ensure that the rehabilitation process is effective. This article will focus on the VR-Game part of the project.

Modern Literature Analysis of Liangdi Tang

Objective: To analyze the modern distribution characteristics of Liangdi Decoction, explore its research development trend, find out the problems in its research, and put forward suggestions. Methods: Based on the full-text database of CNHJ, the literature of Liangdi Decoction from 1977 to 2020 was selected as the research object, and the literature age, author distribution, periodical distribution, literature type, literature source journal type and disease type were statistically analyzed by using the method of Bradford’s literature discrete rate measurement. Results: From 1977 to 2020, there was a spiral increase in the number of literatures about Liangdi Decoction.The authors with higher frequency of Liangdi Decoction were all from the areas visited by Fu Qingzhu.The types of literatures were mainly clinical application-oriented research.The types of articles were mainly published in general journals.The most widely used diseases were gynecological diseases, especially menstrual irregularity and deficiency-heat type collapse. Conclusion: There is an increasing trend of literature research on Liangdi Decoction.Although the depth, breadth and angle of research are still lacking, the research space and value of Liangdi Decoction are relatively large, which is worth further research.

On the Impacts of China’s Education Model

China, a country that has made great progress in education in a short period of time, makes people curious about the secrets behind it. In this report, I tend to discuss the advantages and disadvantages of China’s education system. Since I have spent more than ten years receiving education in this country, I know the details better than others. Ripley (2014) once said that students are the ones who know the education status best, so I want to use my own experiences and the arguments of others to discuss the education in China [1]. And these conclusions can be applied to actual work after I return to my motherland. In other words, it can effectively improve the current shortcomings in education around me. I will first determine the most influential factors and select them as input factors for this report. Then I will search for relevant articles in UW library, and select the most interesting articles for reading. After learning from others’ perspectives, I will raise my still existing questions and conduct more in-depth exploration. In the process of all these, I will discuss with my friends to collect more suggestions and ideas. In terms of time, I will arrange the most to find and read related articles, because understanding the topic which I am aiming at is the basis for writing a complete report.
