The Crux of the Lack of Humanized Management in University Education Management System and Its Application Measures
Abstract
The university education management system is the basis to ensure the effective development of the normal management of the university. In the process of university education management, the management system needs to follow the development of university education and the actual situation of students, and take this as a reference to constantly improve and optimize the university education management system. The important goal of education is to educate people. Therefore, in the construction of university education management system, we should adhere to people-oriented, adopt humanized management methods and methods to improve the level of university education management and promote the development of university education management. Based on this, this paper focuses on the analysis and discussion of the crux of the lack of humanized management in the university education management system, introduces the significance of humanized management, and finally puts forward effective measures and suggestions for the application of humanized management in the university education management system, so as to promote the improvement and development of the university education management system.References
