Analysis and Research on The Factors of Insufficient Exertion of the Vanguard and Exemplary Role of College Student Cadres In The New Era
Abstract
Through relevant literature research, interview and research, this paper discusses the relevant problems, analyzes and points out that student cadres and Party members have some practical problems, such as insufficient learning theory, insufficient personal sacrifice and dedication, and their ideals and beliefs are not firm. It points out the reasons: Party members’ own factors such as their low enthusiasm for learning political theory, weak initiative, low awareness of self-discipline and self-improvement in daily learning, and weak awareness of actively serving teachers and students; The growth of student cadres and Party members in Colleges and universities is uneven, there is no standardized long-term mechanism for student party members, and the organizational strength of student party branches needs to be strengthened and improved.References
