Abstract

Under the rapid development of Chinese society, the development of education receives great attention, and its requirements for teaching management team.Under the continuous reform and deepening of education, in order to better carry out education management, relevant personnel need to discuss the concept of education management in China at the present stage, to promote studentsâ€™ development in various aspects, so as to improve the quality of education management.Next, this article will discuss the professional construction of the teaching management team in colleges and universities in detail.
