Research on Talent Training Mode of Vocal Music in Colleges and Universities Under Modern Mentoring System
Abstract
In recent years, China’s colleges and universities in the direction of vocal music talent training mode research, widely draw on the excellent reform of talent training mode at home and abroad, and combined with social development and the actual situation of colleges and universities continue to explore their own reform and development road. [1] However, influenced by various factors, there is still a long way to go for China’s modern mentoring talent training model. This paper will discuss and study from three aspects: the significance of modern mentoring system for talent training, the development status of talent training mode of vocal music direction in colleges and universities, and the effective ways of talent training under modern mentoring system.References
