2022 Volume 4 Issue 1 has been released online!
The articles in this issue are released online, and the contributions in this issue are more prominently concerned with the employer-employee relationship in the context of human resources. For example, Dr. Neeta Baporikar did a study on “Influencing factors in employee performance at public enterprises”.
The conclusion shows that, it can be safely said that training and development have a positive impact on employee performance. Training has several benefits for both employers and employees. Employee morale is raised via training, and when morale is strong, workers are content with their work, perform better, and produce more. When performing their jobs, trained employees are more productive and efficient. Training allows employees to create conditions where costs are kept to a minimum and earnings are maximized, thus solving the optimization problem. Additionally, Dr. Neeta Baporikar has some opinions on the trained and developed personnel. Please read more details here.
