In Depth Research on the Institutionalization and Humanization of Student Management in Higher Vocational Colleges

With the continuous reform of the education system,in the teaching work of higher vocational colleges,it is mainly
through corresponding quality education to cultivate a group of high-quality,applied talents with specific skills.In the current
higher vocational teaching process in our country,there is a lack of a systematic teaching system,and the talents it trains are difficult
to meet the talent needs of social posts.This article takes how to cultivate responsible, qualified and high-tech application-oriented
talents as the starting point to explore new ways of managing students in higher vocational colleges.
