University student cadre team is the core force of ideological and political education in the new era, and the main force of the construction of school spirit documents. Under the background of advocating Xi Jinping’s new era of China characteristic socialism, it is of special significance to strengthen the proposal of student cadres in universities.College student cadres are an important link in the ideological and political work of colleges and universities. They are the backbone and backbone of students, as well as a bridge and bond for communicating teachers’and students’feelings and transmitting teachers’and students’information, is the university education, the management work important strength, is also grasps the University Class Wind, the style of study construction fresh force. Therefore, the construction of a high-quality student cadres is an important part of the construction of institutions of higher learning.
