Abstract

This essay aims to probe into the question of the importance of building good interpersonal relationships in transcultural cooperation and communication, as well as in all aspects of life. First it clearly describes the background and conception of transcultural collaboration. Next it will take some words to discuss the current situation of intercultural cooperation and exchange between overseas students and how to make better cultural communication and group artistic creation. The study will be based on the group communication and cooperation, by individual artistic attempts on the subject of interpersonal relationships, to reveal the importance of building good interpersonal relationships. People with each other coexist harmoniously to achieve the higher level of human peace and cultural sharing.
