Analysis on the Relationship between Social Security Law and Labor Law in China
Abstract
In China, both labor law and social security law belong to social law, and their relationship is the key to determine the orientation of social law. Although there are some differences between them, they are closely related. Jointly safeguard people's legitimate social rights and interests. This paper holds that the in-depth study of the internal relationship between the labor law and the social security law in the new period plays an important role in deepening China's economic restructuring and enterprise reform.References
