Abstract

The article presents a look at the new system for evaluating educational programs at universities, using the example of universities in Ukraine. The possibility of transitioning universities to the digital economy and forming a “digital university 4.0” is considered. The requirements for modern students in higher education institutions are considered. We have proposed a form of education that we consider effective, namely, mixed, which combines both online and traditional academic education.
