Article Processing Charges (APCs)

All Human Resources Management and Services articles are published in Gold Open Access format. We play an active role in open access, working to build bridges to knowledge in research. You are free of all restrictions on accessing (e.g., subscription or using its contents as soon as it is published online). Authors Publishing open access require article processing charges (APCs). Fees will come from the author’s institution or the other research funding agency.

Waiver Policy

Human Resources Management and Services is committed to removing economic barriers to knowledge sharing and learning. To help support researchers in low-to-middle income countries, a waiver policy has been developed. Authors who are interested in applying for a waiver could contact reviewer@piscomed.com. Human Resources Management and Services reserves the right to approve or reject a waiver application.
