Establishment of Open University and provincial Open University,Indicates that China's open education has entered a new historical period..At the Open University Under the background of a new historical mission,Micro-learning is a major breakthrough.This paper integrates micro-learning and open education in mobile communication environment.,Pin new features of modern mobile devices popularization and adult learning ,Explore the feasibility and applicability of applying it to open College English learning.
