Cultivation and Quality Improvement of Archives Talents in the New Era
Abstract
With the progress of the times and the development of society, we move towards a new era, and the information society follows. It has an impact on all aspects of our lives. Of course, this includes file management, which is both a challenge and an opportunity for archival talent. Under the background of the new era, archival practitioners must have good political literacy, exquisite professional skills and corre_x0002_sponding other skills, and must also have higher professional literacy in order to meet the challenges and seize the opportunity to do a good job in archival work in the new era. This paper focuses on the problems existing in the training of archival practitioners in the new era and the measures of training. Through the clear goal, finding problems and finding countermeasures, this paper discusses three aspects, hoping to help everyone.References
