Keywords: Higher vocational education takes improving the quality of talent cultivation as the core issue, which depends on the level of teaching quality, and the teaching quality is reflected by the teaching level of teachers, among which the practical teaching ability is the key factor affecting the teaching quality. As the main force of teaching in higher vocational colleges, the practical teaching ability of young teachers plays an important role in cultivating skilled and applied talents of high level, and is also the key to the running quality of higher vocational colleges. It is an important mission for higher vocational colleges to improve the practical teaching ability of young teachers.

Abstract
