Cultivation of School Education Management Talents Under the Development of Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education
Abstract
Under the background of innovative development in the field of education in China, the core of education and teaching is to cultivate students’ practical application ability. Before entering the society, students need to make preparations for knowledge and skills in advance, and students need to have relatively strong ability to use their hands. With the development of innovation and entrepreneurship education, the cultivation of innovative and entrepreneurial talents is not only the backbone to promote China’s social progress and development, but also the ultimate goal of talent cultivation in colleges and universities. This paper explores the relevant contents of the training of school education management talents under the development of innovation and entrepreneurship education, so as to effectively alleviate the employment pressure of college graduates and comprehensively improve the social competitiveness of college graduates.References
