On the Cultivation of Mathematical Modeling Thought in Junior High School Mathematics Teaching
Abstract
The teaching of mathematical modeling runs through the essence of quality education from beginning to end. It can cultivate students’ awareness and ability of applying mathematical concepts, principles and methods to solve problems in their lives, and offer students a new experience of learning mathematics, thus truly promoting the development of students’ mathematical literacy.
