On the Cultivation of the Teaching Ability of Art Normal Students from the Perspective of Teacher Education

Abstract

The training of art teacher students is a long-term, systematic and complex task. From the perspective of teacher education, in order to make teacher education more professional and systematic, colleges and universities should focus on art teacher students according to their own school-running nature. Teaching ability training is dedicated to cultivating art teacher students with higher teaching level, more sense of responsibility, and higher professional ability. And this article specifically discusses the countermeasures for the cultivation of the teaching ability of art teachers from the perspective of teacher education, and on this basis, explores the implementation strategies of the training plan, hoping to provide a certain reference for relevant practitioners.
