Abstract

In the current complex and ever-changing economic environment, vocational colleges are facing dual challenges of innovation and entrepreneurship education and employment guidance education. As an important means to enhance students’ comprehensive quality and employability, innovation and entrepreneurship education urgently needs systematic innovation in educational concepts, curriculum design, and practical platforms. Building a new education management model guided by market demand, bridged by school enterprise cooperation, and centered on practical teaching can effectively enhance students’ entrepreneurial awareness and employment competitiveness. At the same time, a comprehensive policy support system, a sound employment service network, and a continuously promoted teacher training mechanism also provide strong guarantees for the sustainable development of innovation, entrepreneurship, and employment education.
