Research on Human Resource Incentive Mechanism and Teacher Career Development in Private Higher Vocational Colleges in Sichuan
Abstract
The career development of teachers in private vocational colleges is closely linked to the human resource incentive mechanism. By analyzing the current status of the incentive mechanism, this paper explores how to stimulate teachers’ enthusiasm and creativity through optimizing the salary system, providing a career development platform, and strengthening professional training. The improved incentive mechanism can enhance teachers’ sense of belonging, improve work efficiency, and promote academic improvement. In addition, establishing a diversified evaluation system and incentive methods is conducive to teachers’ self-development, thereby improving the quality of education and the effectiveness of student training. Optimizing the incentive mechanism not only has a positive effect on teachers’ personal development but also promotes the long-term development of the entire vocational college education industry.
