Continuing education model of college teachers in the context of lifelong education
Abstract
[ Summary ] Teachers need to learn to adapt to society , to achieve their own mission . however , current Chinese college teachers continue Education mode planning ,targeted and insecure , the constraints the implementation of the continuing education function . in view of this, article proposed college teacher Continuing Education Mode innovation path , including establishing college teachers ' continuing Education Management Department , developing to meet personalized requirements of college teachers Continuing education Courses , Developing institutional measures to ensure the continuous education of university teachers.
