Abstract

my country is a multi-ethnic country, so the educational management of ethnic minority students in colleges and universities is of great significance to the cultivation of talents and local development. Ethnic education also occupies an important position in my country's education. There are many ethnic minorities in western China, and the education and management of ethnic minority students in local colleges and universities is facing many problems, and these problems lead to the lack of ability and difficulty in obtaining employment for ethnic minority students. Therefore, colleges and universities should continuously strengthen the education and management of ethnic minority students. This article combines the characteristics of ethnic minority students in colleges and universities, and conducts an indepth study on the optimization measures of the education and management of ethnic minority students.
