Abstract

This study focuses on the nonlinear relationship between psychological capital and knowledge workers’ job reshaping behavior. First, the connotation of psychological capital and the problems that may be caused by excessive psychological capital are explained, and the behavioral characteristics of knowledge workers in job reshaping are analyzed. Then the role of various dimensions of psychological capital in job reshaping is discussed, and finally a nonlinear mechanism including an inverted U-shaped relationship model and a situational variable regulation path is constructed. Therefore, in-depth analysis of the nonlinear relationship between the psychological capital of knowledge workers and job reshaping behavior is of great significance for enriching relevant theories and improving management effectiveness.
