The influence of digital literacy on the educational ability of Chinese vocational education teachers: mediated by self-efficacy
Abstract
This study aims to explore the role of digital literacy in improving the educational ability of Chinese vocational education teachers, and the mediating role of self-efficacy in this process. Through a nationwide sampling survey of vocational education institutions, a large amount of quantitative data is collected, and the structural equation model is used to verify that digital literacy has a significant positive impact on teachers’ educational ability, and it is found that self-efficacy enhances this effect. The research shows that strengthening teachers’ digital literacy training and improving their self-efficacy can effectively promote the improvement of teaching quality in vocational education.
