Study on problems and countermeasures of college students’ career selection from the perspective of vocational maturity
Abstract
This study aimed at the problems of college students’ vocational maturity, carried out an in-depth analysis and put forward corresponding countermeasures. This paper summarizes the current situation of vocational maturity of college students, and points out that the main problems are the vagueness of vocational cognition, the lack of vocational planning and the lack of vocational ability. From three aspects of strengthening vocational cognition education, perfecting career planning system and building practice platform, this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to improve the vocational maturity of college students. It is emphasized that through systematic education, personalized planning and practical training, it can effectively improve the professional quality and employment competitiveness of college students, help them rationally plan their career, and finally realize the harmonious development of individuals and societ
