Abstract

The advent of the information age has gradually raised the standards of talent demand in different industries. Therefore, how to cultivate high-quality talents that can meet the development needs has become a problem that more and more college educators solve. This article starts with the analysis of the characteristics of the cultivation of maritime professionals in colleges and universities, and combines with the current social development to find a better way to cultivate talents, hoping to provide reference for other teachers.
