Abstract

The advent of the new era has made the implementation of reforms in the field of education more rapid. Many colleges and universities in order to cultivate innovative talents more able to meet the requirements of social development, have combined with the current professional development of specific conditions, to improve the talent training model, and through The improvement of the training platform hopes to deliver highly-qualified and skilled talents to the society. This article starts with the cultivation model of engineering engineering talents in colleges and universities, looking for a specific way to establish a professional training platform, hoping to play a certain reference value.
