Protection of Animation Industry under Intellectual Property

Abstract

This paper targets the weak legal consciousness of obligees and the imperfect phenomenon of legislation and industrial chain in the process of the rapid development of the animation industry in China. Through looking up references, the author reckons that governance needs to be carried out upon the animation industry through national legislation and publicity as well as the establishment of a third-party supervision and management platform.
