Application of Ventilation Technology of Bamboo Houses in Modern High-Rise Buildings

The principle of L-shaped natural ventilation system of bamboo houses, traditional buildings in the hot-humid area of Lingnan, China, is now widely applied in the design of modern high-rise buildings. Taking the typical building case, the office building of Guangzhou Zhujiang Power Plant as an example, this article studies the natural ventilation system by the experimental method of combining actual measurement and simulation. It is concluded that the application benefits of the natural ventilation system in high-rise buildings can be improved by forming a complete ventilation path, increasing the area of air inlet and the distance between air inlet and air outlet.

Problems and Countermeasures in the Process of Architecture and Design of Enterprises

Researchers say that in recent years, driven by economic development, China’s construction engineering industry has developed vigorously. In this process, with the emergence of a large number of construction projects, the attention of all sectors of society to the quality of construction projects has been continuously improved. To solve this problem, as the main designer and builder of the project, the construction enterprises should actively analyze and explore the construction and design work according to the actual situation of the project, so as to effectively improve the comprehensive ability of their own engineering buildings and lay a foundation for further improvement and optimization of the engineering quality. In this study, the researchers explored and thought about the main problems existing in the design and construction of architectural engineering in China. In the process, the researchers put forward corresponding optimization countermeasures for related problems with their own professional knowledge, aiming at further improving and optimizing the comprehensive quality of architectural engineering.

On the Development Status and Optimization Suggestions of Architecture and Design Teaching in China

Related surveys show that at present, with the continuous improvement and optimization of urban development level, the number and scale of construction projects in China are gradually increasing. Based on this, all sectors of society pay more and more attention to architecture and design, which effectively promotes the development and exploration of architecture and design education in colleges and universities. The researchers pointed out that at present, there are still some deficiencies in the teaching process of architecture and design major in colleges and universities in China. Based on this, educators should actively make changes and adjustments in teaching concepts, and then formulate and improve targeted optimization strategies in combination with teaching practice, so as to lay a solid foundation and guarantee for the cultivation of architecture and design platform in China. This study analyzes the teaching situation of architecture and design specialty in China at present, and puts forward corresponding optimization suggestions, aiming at further realizing the reasonable training of architectural design talents in China.

Practical Value and Development Prospect of Green Building Design in the New Period

Relevant research points out that as one of the lifeblood industries of China’s economic development, the development of construction industry is related to the national economy and people’s livelihood. Therefore, in the new historical period, in order to further realize the rational development of China’s construction industry, a large number of construction industry practitioners have conducted in-depth analysis and exploration on the development direction of China. After analyzing, the researchers said that with the continuous improvement and strengthening of public awareness of environmental protection, in the future, China’s construction industry should focus on energy conservation and environmental protection. Based on this, relevant staff put forward the idea of “green building design”, aiming at effectively guiding China’s construction industry to achieve rational transformation. In this paper, the green building design work is taken as the breakthrough point, and the main problems existing in the green building design work in China in the new period are analyzed reasonably. At the same time, the corresponding optimization strategies are put forward, aiming to guide the construction industry workers to further realize the understanding and understanding of green building design, and then lay the foundation for the development of China’s construction industry.
