Summary
Dear colleagues,
Today, it is a complicated project for cancer treatment. Traditional surgery, chemotherapy, and radiotherapy alone may not achieve satisfactory effects for patients. However, combined therapy will enhance the effect. Lots of drugs such as chemical drugs, and target drugs can make the body produce systemic tumour-specific immunity, eliminating metastases and so on, but emotional and psychosocial will also influence the disease recovery.
This special issue aims to explore the Novel anti-cancer combination therapy strategy: from drug to psychosocial oncology, showcasing novel research, review, as well as diverse perspectives.
We invite contributions for this special issue from a broad range of authors, including oncologists, psychologists, psychiatrists, nurses, social workers, health economists, lifestyle medicine practitioners, and other cancer care professionals, with the hope to bring together multidisciplinary insights to lead to effective and optimalizing cancer management and improve clinical outcomes.
