Abstract


Purpose:Observe the clinical effect of combined Chinese and western medicine on uterine involution after cesarean section.method:willcases of caesarean birth are randomly divided into2Group,each groupofExample.control Group after cesarean section for routine care and breastfeeding,and oxytocin treatment;Observation Group on the basis of treatment in the control groupon, tooral Chinese herbal Medicine therapy combined with auricular acupoint pressing and abdominal massage.Observe the height of the uterus after cesarean section,postpartum5Dhemorrhagic Lochia,Bloodlochia duration,postpartumDLochia Cleanliness and body mass index changes.results:Observation Group and control group uterine bottom height after caesarean sectionextend over time, 2Group all time periods compared,All statistically significant(P<0.05;Observation Group Postpartum5Dhemorrhagic lochia and postpartum hemorrhagic evilDew Duration compared to control group,statistically different(P<0.01);Observation Group and control group in postpartumDLochia Cleaner comparison,has statisticsmeaning(P<0.05);PelvicBSuper Check prompts observation Group postpartum5DandDThe uterus is three and less than the control group(P<0.05;Observation Group PostpartumDBody mass index is lower than the control group(P<0.05.conclusion:combined Chinese and western medicine can speed up uterine involution in cesarean section,significantly reduce postpartum hemorrhage,Shorten lochia clean time,promoting Caesarean section rehabilitation,effectively improves quality of life.
